ABS IoT Enclosure Design

I have a new IoT device ready for its first pilot run and now need a purpose-built enclosure. The housing will be produced in ABS plastic, so the design must follow typical wall-thickness, draft-angle, and snap-fit guidelines suitable for injection moulding. What I’ll provide: board outline, port locations, basic height constraints, and a few reference photos of similar products. What I expect back: complete 3D CAD (STEP or SolidWorks), exploded views for assembly, and 2D drawings with tolerances that a mould-maker can quote against. I'm looking to create the enclosure with some IP protection. The schedule is straightforward—everything wrapped up within a month—so you’ll have time to iterate once or twice after my feedback.
