The essentials I’m looking for: • A full visual concept showing how the stand looks from every visitor angle (3D renders or similar). • Scaled floor plan that details structural elements, furniture placement and traffic flow. • Print-ready artwork for all graphics and paneling, labelled for the stand builder. • Source files (AI/PSD/CAD or equivalent) so we can tweak copy or sizing if needed. I’m open to creative solutions—dynamic lighting, modular walls, eye-catching product zones—provided they fit the 6 × 3 footprint, comply with typical trade-show safety standards and can be built cost-effectively by a standard stand contractor. Once the concept is approved, I’d like up to two revision rounds to finesse any last-minute tweaks before final production files are delivered.
