This job covers a complete, high-resolution visual package for one of my aircraft, destined for marketing and advertising on my website and social channels. I need both stills and motion footage captured in true 4K, delivered fully edited and ready for immediate use. Scope • Exterior coverage: full-body angles, detail close-ups (landing gear, engines, tail, branding), taxiing shots, and any dramatic sunset or ramp lighting that highlights the aircraft’s lines. • Interior coverage: cockpit, cabin seating, galley, lavatory, luggage hold—everything a potential client would like to see when evaluating the aircraft. • Style must stay professional and clean; consistent lighting, balanced color, minimal lens distortion, no artistic filters. Deliverables • 30-40 retouched 4K stills (JPEG + web-optimized copies). • 60-90 seconds of stabilized 4K video, color-graded and supplied as both master MOV/MP4 and a compressed web version. • Basic lower-third titling slate identifying aircraft make & model on video. • All raw files on a shared drive for future edits. Acceptance Criteria 1. Every listed cabin area and exterior angle is represented. 2. No visible dust, glare, or unwanted reflections. 3. Final exports open flawlessly at 3840×2160 resolution with no banding or artifacting. 4. File naming is clean and logical (e.g., EXT_FrontQuarter.mp4, INT_Cockpit.jpg). Preferred tools include Sony Alpha/Canon R series or equivalent cinema-grade gear, gimbals/sliders for smooth movement, and Adobe Lightroom/Premiere or DaVinci Resolve for post. On-site shoot date is flexible; please indicate equipment list and estimated turnaround time for first proofs.
