About Us: We’re a New Zealand-based team creating Microsoft Flight Simulator add-ons – from custom airports to scenic tours. Our focus is on realism, quality, and making virtual flying feel true to life. The Role: We’re looking for a skilled 3D Modeler (Blender) to join us on a long-term basis. You’ll create detailed airport buildings, hangars, and environmental assets, and prepare them for use in Microsoft Flight Simulator. ------- What You’ll Do: Model real-world airport structures and scenery assets in Blender. UV unwrap and texture using PBR workflows (Substance Painter is a plus). Create LODs and optimize assets for performance. Export into MSFS format using the SDK and integrate into sceneries. Revise assets based on feedback and testing. ------ What We’re Looking For: Strong Blender skills (clean topology, hard-surface modeling). Experience with LODs and optimization. UV mapping + texturing experience. MSFS SDK knowledge is a big bonus (or willingness to learn). Attention to realism and detail. Good communication in English. Portfolio link required. ------ Nice to Have: Passion for aviation or flight sims. Substance Painter experience. ----- Work & Pay: Steady, ongoing work (up to 40 hrs/week). Remote & flexible hours. Starting rate: $4.50 NZD/hr (with potential increases for reliable, high-quality work).
