I now need a soft-goods or industrial designer to take it from drawings to a manufacturable concept. Scope • Review my current files and pinpoint any ergonomic or manufacturability tweaks. • Recommend suitable fabrics, foams, and cooling material integrations—including construction methods that keep cost and durability in balance. • Produce a detailed plan with early 3D models (CAD files and rendered mock-ups) that demonstrate feasibility and highlight the cooling layer. • Provide clear notes on stitching, panel layouts, and any hardware so a factory can quote accurately. You’ll have freedom to use your preferred CAD tool—as long as the output is a neutral file (STEP or IGES) plus native files for future edits. Experience with cushions, travel pillows, or similar soft products is essential; I value practical insight on material behavior and ergonomics.
