I have architect plans that I want converted into a planner 5d model. Its a 3 floor house of approximately 110meters squared. The design is quite open plan. The only complexity is that there are some sloped roofs. In addition to the floor plans, I will provide high level description as to the interior I want. Ideally, I would like someone who is able to design the project on a one off basis, then make ad hoc changes and an hourly fee.
