I have architectural drawings for a small residential apartment complex—fewer than ten units in total—and I need them translated into a polished 3-dimensional floor plan. The plan should clearly show room layouts, circulation, and furniture placement so that potential tenants can immediately understand the flow of each unit. You will start from my 2D PDFs (or DWG if preferred) and deliver: • A high-resolution, fully textured 3D floor plan for each unit and a combined view of the whole level. • Native project files (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable CAD/BIM software) so I can make minor tweaks later. • Two to three rendered stills per unit in JPG/PNG plus one fly-through or 360° view of the overall floor, optimized for web. Accuracy to the existing dimensions is critical. I will supply all reference drawings and a brief style guide once we begin; think clean, contemporary finishes but I’m open to your creative suggestions on colour palettes and lighting to enhance visual appeal. Please include a short note on your workflow (software, rendering engine, typical turn-around time) and links to at least two similar residential projects you’ve completed. I’m ready to get started right away and will be available for quick feedback rounds to keep things moving smoothly.
