I have two Adobe Illustrator files—front and back of my personal business card—and I want them merged into a single, printable 3D model in Fusion 360. The final card will be handed out just like a standard paper card, so every text element and graphic you see in the Illustrator artwork must appear in the model as raised or recessed details that remain legible after printing. The business card will be two sided, back and front and also printed in one single piece. On one side there are lines and texts and a logo, and on other side are lines, text, two QR codes. - card will be basic black, but the showing layers in 3d will be gold. Aware of the thickness that some layers are in other colour. (example, lines, text, QR code, logo will be 3D and gold colour, the back will be in black. I plan to test-print in both PLA and PETG, so please keep wall thicknesses, fine details, and overall durability in mind. Standard credit-card dimensions (85.6 mm × 54 mm) are required; thickness can be slightly greater than paper stock, that the objects on the card are touchable, and special, but still pocket / purse-friendly. Deliverables • Native Fusion 360 file (.f3d) with parametric history • Print-ready model (.stl or .3mf) properly oriented on the build plate • Brief notes on layer height and infill settings you recommend for PLA and PETG I’ll supply the Illustrator artwork as soon as we start; feel free to ask any clarifying questions before diving in. If this is everything correct, you will design more those cards, because QR codes for every person are different.
