I already have a detailed 2D floor plan in DWG/PDF and now need it translated into engaging, photorealistic 3D visuals. The brief covers both exterior elevations and full-fledged interior renders for the Living room, Bedroom and Kitchen, all executed in a crisp Modern style. Focus inside each room is on: • Seating arrangements that feel inviting and functional • Clever, built-in storage solutions • Statement lighting fixtures that anchor the design Workflow and deliverables • I will provide the floor plan with exact dimensions, material notes and mood references. • You will return: – 3D exterior elevation views of every façade – A minimum of three high-resolution interior angles per requested room – Native model files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus FBX/OBJ exports – Two revision rounds for fine-tuning finishes and furniture placement The total area is modest, so every square foot must work hard. Clean modelling, realistic PBR materials and balanced lighting are expected; V-Ray, Corona, Lumion or Blender’s Cycles all work for me.
