I will provide complete 2-D floor plans for a residential building and need them turned into a precise SketchUp model. Each flat must be built out with walls, openings, kitchens, bathrooms, basic fixtures and cabinetry so the interiors read as fully detailed, yet still ready for later furniture staging. Once the individual flats are done the whole floor should be assembled in a single, consolidated model so I can walk clients through the entire level in one view. Alongside the 3-D work I also need a clear 2-D drawing of the parking level that shows every bay, circulation arrows, entry/exit points and any ramps; this drawing should be laid out so traffic flow is instantly understandable. Because the overall theme of the project is modern, please apply clean lines, neutral materials and contemporary fittings throughout the interiors. Deliverables • Native SketchUp (.skp) file of each flat and the combined floor • High-resolution stills (jpg/png) from key camera angles for quick review • 2-D parking plan in DWG or PDF with labelled spaces and directional arrows Accuracy to the supplied dimensions is critical, and I will review at two milestones: first pass geometry, then final detailing and parking layout.
