Key Requirements: Structural Mapping: Create the floor plan (mapping) for a new first floor to be built over the existing ground floor. Strict Constraint: All ground floor door and window dimensions and locations must remain exactly as they are. Do not move or resize them in your design. Exterior Elevation: Replace the old curved parapet with a clean, rectangular modern facade. Include a first-floor balcony with glass railings, wooden texture accents, and integrated LED lighting. Interior Design: Provide luxury interior concepts for the lobby and bedrooms. The design must include solutions to hide all AC units and wiring using modern wall paneling or cabinetry. Parking: Keep the existing driveway/parking layout open and unchanged. Deliverables: Architectural floor plans (mapping) for the new 1st floor. High-quality 3D exterior renders (Front Elevation). 3D interior renders for the lobby (staircase area) and master bedrooms.
