I need a full construction survey of an approximately 2.5-acre site in Delhi, followed by a SketchUp massing model that shows the terrain and all existing buildings and service corridors in accurate proportion. The survey must pick up ground levels, kerbs, boundary walls, utilities, roads and any structures that could affect future construction. After processing, translate the CAD data into a geo-referenced SketchUp file that contains only the major built forms—no interior detailing, textures or landscaping, just clean, well-layered outlines ready for concept design work. Because access to the plot is unrestricted only during regular work hours, you will have to schedule field visits accordingly. I expect total-station or DGPS control, spot levels at roughly 3–5 m intervals, and vertical accuracy that builders can rely on for layout.
